A lot on my mind…

Well guys,
Here is a rarity anymore - a blog post…
Chris and I have been hard at work on the Web 2.0 Show (business as usual, it seems) and produced Episode 2 the other night. We hit over 900 listeners in the first 18 hours! We will be interviewing Om Malik this weekend, so hopefully Episode 3 will be hot on the heels.
I saw a great movie a few weeks ago and it still pops in my head every once in a while, Crash. I would HIGHLY recommend that you see this movie at least once, if not twice! It is amazing to watch the movie and realize that it could very well be a true story. I would say LA is crazy, but I think it happens everywhere in the US.
Now, to the main event. Kelley and her family have started posting on blogs. While I think that is great, I don’t think such a public communication channel is the best place to discuss divorce issues. Of course, Krista is the one exception to this goofy game, thanks for understanding :). I am just not sure what they hope to accomplish with all this bad mouthing and silly little potshots they each take? As I have expressed to most of them, I hope they realize that they are just making themselves look silly and Brayden will see it all one day and wonder why that side of the family had to gossip and be mean to his daddy? They all claimed to love me at some point, but this crap makes you wonder… I realize they won’t side with me, and I am not looking for that, just realize you are only getting one side of the story and I am sure a lot is being left out.
Kelley, my family has been nothing but nice to you and they have all extended their love and support to you (yes, even my mother whom you hate so much). Can you at least ask your family to stay out of it publicly, for the sake of our son? That is all I ask of you.

I also have flock now! Let me just say in the 5 minutes I have played with it, it is awesome. I can’t wait to put more time in with it tomorrow! We will be talking to someone from Flock on an upcoming podcast, so be sure to check The Web 2.0 Show

Life without the internet just plain sucks! I moved into my new apartment this past weekend and 0 neighbors have wireless! Did I move to po-dunk town or something?!? I hope when I call today, they can fit me in for setup this week! I am dying without it, the internet is such a huge part of my life - I am just left with this big gaping hole now.

I am looking for a new cell phone. I want to get a smart phone with some kind of decent connectivity. I have been looking at the Treo 670 as the device of choice, I just wish I knew when verizon would be carrying it. Anyone have any other suggestions?
